INTRODUCTION
I am fortunate to be given the ability to adequately elaborate the acts of an innovative policing strategy employed upon myself for revenge and hate, at a military grade level, that is so absolutely mind blowing, that for the first 12 months of contact with PUNK ACTORS, I began to sound like a schizophrenic lounge act to myself. A law enforcement officer who explained to me I would see justice, and not get railroaded, said, "You're crazy, Lober. Just not guilty. It was self defense." So, when the TINDER date lost her shit and went insane, she screamed, "Its a DATE SCAM you idiot!" I was like, how am I scamming anyone... well, this is a description of an activity I was involved in a few ti es in the past 24 months that, I would like to share with you all. A multi- linked, ever crystal clear, night vision, dynamic and real time video of an unsuspecting target, playing on the in dash, battle cab, of the FORD F350 UTILITY TRUCK(see TRANSPARENT. COM). Monitoring of the activities, the Over lord Watcher, is the SUPERVISOR. Garcia is a SUPERVISOR, and a really sinister criminal minded, ex bad cop, with a God complex.(and a crimi ally obtained restraining order) The SUPERVISOR has a reported annual salary of 100k$, listed on the TRANSPARENT.COM database of city, county, and government salaries, provided to us by The Nevada Policy Research Institute. It's a think tank.
You will recall, from the previous research I have posted on my www.LUBRX.blogspot.com, that the players of the activity, or, GAME, I am preparing you for in this short summary, are all sworn to secrecy, and, awarded a prize, for accomplishing a task, at every phase of the contract, to participate in this GAME tonight. They are recruits, punk actors, handlers, organizers, money bags, and, the source. They utilize the Bushemen, the Thought Police, Shadow Pulice, the K9 kennel syndicate, perple project prostitutes, to perform maral turpitude, and random criminal acts directed toward a target of an illegal investigation. There is a new social entrapment deathsquad that is sponsored by a weaponized judicial system in every California courthouse. Secretive social societies are a real thing, and, FREE MASONS are not just brick layers.(insert sarcasm font)
The SUPERVISOR notifies the dispatch at the local law enforcement level, of the investigation, as if he would when attempting a simple vehicle repossession, on a defaulted security agreement, and civil matter. If anyone contacts the emergency system for help, these professionals are pre warned that a dirt bag loser is getting what he deserves. They are exercising extreme prejudice, and, he is abusing his power, and the Color of Law, as he marionettes local law enforcement to put up temporary road blocks.
The military grade, psychological warfare operation, civilian supervisor, is the direct connection to the special warfare department commander. In Army psychological warfare manuals, as far back as the Korean war, the tactics of the Global Gaming Arena can be examined. In the Special weapons group, each member is specifically trained in formation and tactical driving land based skills.
Im' targeted like a Domestic Terrorist, or a subversive. I still an having a hard time wrapping my head around that TINDER BINDER DATE SCAM. That act went on for a year. An INFILTRATION. An undercover investigator is a serious situation. It had to be authorized at the highest level... dang. No wonder they are so pissed. I'm not a criminal. They were lied to, so they are gonna lie. Isn't that moral terpitude, or, Color of Law? (Deeep thought: "I should be nicer to them next time."
EVERYONE IS A PLANTED PUNK ACTOR, NOW.
In the farthest visible distance of the highway, very noticeable blue lights, and strobes are spinning to alert citizens, and are to not allow any unauthorized civilian, or, witness, on to the the Lawless Gaming Arena, or playing board. The perimeter only has one way in, and one way out.
Even sounded an air raid type siren throughout the city, before the RAVEN drone plane slowly hovers through the clear sky, leaving a uniquely short white trail, evaporating at a distinctively constant rate. It's a surreal event when a MARSHALL LAW is developing right before your eyes, and, I am the target everyone is looking at on their cell phone app. The RAVEN flies at a lower than normal altitude, just then, it climbs and levels off. I'm not sure why, but, I'm not staying around for the second night of this.
ROUGH SURVEILLANCE let's a targeted individual know when they are under surveillance, but, the GAME is an innovative theater of deception, and obliteration, of a military grade and the DATE SCAM is the way they got me to this point. An arrest warrant in three counties, and, completely obliterated financially, and isolated. The only people I see now are planted punk actors, and my girlfriend has no clue about what I am talking about. The goal is to rope in, and, issue a citation for a crime, and, throw that individual into the MINCER. A term for a weaponized, and state sponsored judicial deathsquad, state sponsored killings, and forced disappearances are real.

The scene is always set when conditions are at an optimal setting. Identifying them make it easy to prepare for my forced participation in this activity, when it is sprung. The Gaming is a systematic, well timed, and rehearsed, tactical array of professionally trained, crewmen. These are serious dudes. Vehicle mobbing me like a bunch of Bully's. The Game: a contest of person against person, or team against team. A game consists of freedoms, barriers, and purposes, and there is a necessity in a game to have an opponent or an enemy. Also there is a necessity to have problems, and enough individuality to cope with a situation. To live life fully, then, one must have in addition to "something to do," a higher purpose, and this purpose, to be a purpose at all, must have counter-purposes or purposes which prevent it from occurring. The warrant has not been served, and, I am free and at large, to participate in the GLOBAL GAMING ARENA. Judge me by my enemies.
The fleet of gel painted, leased new military body style vehicles, are all a very distinct in style, and, are operated in a recognizable manner. There are no stickers on the rear windows to make identifying them easy. Only the last three digits can be used if you can see them. All windows, including the windshield have been tinted with opaque film. I remember in the past, all the side windows with light tint on my personal vehicles received a fix it ticket to remove the film because it was a safety hazard and infraction. And that citation usually led to another citation for proof of insurance, or no cdl in possession, etc... These are 2018's, all makes and models, debadged, and customed out, with tricked wheels, and Magna flow exhaust. Collectively the fleet ultimately is brandishing a style, unique to, and, mimicking my repossession employer from 2008, Mike Bradley's REPO MAFIA. I recognize a core of watchers, waiting outside my house, daily. If I contact them in anyway, instantly, that watcher is replaced with another vehicle. I'm mobbed often by this group. They've been watching me for some time now.
The sound of custom exhaust is used to intimidate, anchor fear, and, stir emotions, in an already confused participant. It can spook you when you realize what comes next. Uniquely, the use of HID headlights(high intensity diodes, offroad version) are strategically used. The drivers positioned the lights from the vehicle at the target at all times, from every possible street level position, in an orchestrated harassment tactic called, "brighting." It is accompanied by mockery, and, plenty of high speed, formation driving. As each agent takes his turn flying past the targeted INDIVIDUAL, careful to not turn his head, and not making eye contact, this is a tactic of keeping his identity hidden with the dark tint. He is "watching" and reporting the status of the target back to the Battle Cam of the SUPERVISOR utility truck. A tool box with compartments loaded with high tech spy gear. Not a scratch on that tool box, and he's got a beer belly to match the image and status he wants to attain. The SUPERVISOR is hidden, somewhere, just out of the line of sight from the target he is hunting. Darked out, hidden by logistics and ultra spot lights, he often plays an epic loud, and ultra clear sound system, with marioches or something like SLAYER, to intimidate a target. "The target asks,"is that music playing?" "And, those are drones. I dont see any kids. Wow. The city has really stepped up security."
ROUGH SHADOW is a domestic spy operation, rhetorically referred to as a pursuit, not a chase, of any individual thought to be of interest. In reality, an Overlord Watcher orchestrates a mock manhunt, un weaponized in any traditional fashion. Mostly hands off violence for the exception of the insertion of Street Theater, and SKITS. In the mind of the targeted, not equipped with that important information, the activity creates confusion. A sense of self-defense, and, to remove ones self from the hazardous and dangerous environment is an appropriate response. It inspires the target to flee. A pursuit begins. They are swarming in their vehicles.
It can begin with a custom, blue metal flake, 1979 Chevy Siverado, with opaque, blacked out cab, and custom chrome wheels, with an aggressive driving style, and impeding on you and directed at your car. You do what a courteous driver does. When you move, he moves. Then the mind goes into an active state, and spins with a sense of danger, fear of the unknown. No one would rationally get out of the car, and knock on the window of the aggressive driver, and inquire of his intentions. Only a criminal would be rolling in that ride. So, he drives away. The truck follows. With those ultra bright and unique HID's. You notice next that you are driving the 91 freeway, its Monday night at 5:15pm, you just got bullied out of your wife's work parking lot, and there is a formation of these HID's passing on both sides of the freeway, exactly on my poi t, and in a uniform formation and speed. Then, it occurs that, wait, why is the 91 freeway empty, and, that's a full moon. I think they wanted to fuc&sing crash me, but I got a puppy in my car. I can't let him get hurt. So, we head for a safe place. (see MILITARY GRADE HUNT) This pursuit lasted from Corona, California to Venice, California and included the full skill set of the professionally trained drivers that cops are scared of.
Their was no invite, or text message to prepare the participant, just a contract, never discussed, or revealed to the target. Even when a recruit is cornered, and, or, beaten up. The secret is never told, protected by FEAR of the retaliation, the loss of the social club, the cool cars, the best girls, and, chem-sex parties with the weirdos, the target gift cards, and cyber coder job placement offers. These freelancers have seen how microwave surveillance can slowly cook a human body, leaving no trace, and, diagnosing the person as mental ILL.
To my surprise, Bad poker players do exist, and not all TARGETS have their heads up their ass. And some can adequately describe the things that they see, articulate their ideas, and, problem solve as well as a sophisticated syndicate of dicks. A madman ignores the factual datum. An idiot observes, collects the datum, compares that to the ideal scene, and, the idiot will co e up with the Big iDEA. Or, GARCIA will be real proud of himself, get offended that you did not notice what he did, and he will say it, or, gesture it to me. Christmas party at AM/PM for corn dogs and a sticker for him.
Deniability protects the characters participation in the operation, from any criminal complaint, and, or, accusations, that they are stalking, intimidating with their conduct, elevating anxiety, or, STALKING. There are also some weaponized, social characters, that are so interesting to me. The HOOLIGANS are two of the most unorthodox, so epic violent, filthy and shirtless, high as f&ck on meth, absolutely sexual predators, so horny, even the crack of dawn isn't safe from these hooligans. They are on foot, roaming, emitting a scent of wilding, with a CLOCKWORK ORANGE, ULTRA VIOLENCE swaggar, in the dark alleys of Ocean Park, Venice, California. Armed with an improvised weapon, and murder, and rape in their black hearts. Its inaudible what they are discussing, as they pass me hidden in the shadow of the alley behind the laundromat. I feel these animals have been given the light to engage with the enemy from the SUPERVISOR. These berserkers are released on to the playing field to keep the action from idling, I am concluding. Flushing, suprising, and, trapping of the Human targets are a strong skillset of these sailors. They are hunting, but, mostly partying. So, violent and sweaty. Beatable, but, are going to fight back, so, better to detect these fu<kers before bumping into them, and, avoid them. Let them pass, do not engage. I was lucky both times I saw these HOOLIGANS, but, after reading Joy Deorschels final email to me, she wasn't as lucky.
As sleep deprivation, and the stress of the struggle take hold, the targets vision becomes blurry from squinting to see developments just on the horizon, from all sides. That's when I saw the police lights, and realized it was the boundary. After the foot patrol vanished at dark, the vehicle mobbing made it appear that there are so many of them. How do they know where I am? My cell phone was disabled at the Starbucks, and I can't call anyone. I'm out of gas. And, Marie won't let me in her apartment. I realized then, that I had been DATE SCAMMED, and the definition of the phrase she screamed at me made sense of overabundance of bizarre situations I was experiencing, and the connection between this prostitute from TINDER in Venice, to the strange neighbor in Menifee, GARCIA, was made, and still not even comprehensible to my thinking yet. The eyes begin to play tricks, and, I admit, I may have seen shadows move, and bushes shake. It can influence bad decisions, or, it can heighten the alertness of the state of mind. Sometimes the bushes seem to move, like someone geared up in a flora suit is concealing his position inside. I am not ruling it out, because I am on my back, laying on the lawn, looking up at a million dollars in ariel surveillance drones. The three day exercise, or operation, manhunt, are 72 hours on average in duration. 5pm, after the police sirens cleared Lincoln Blvd. to 2am, then rotating a fresh squad of actors at 6am of each day. And we were all st the Starbucks. The morning sunrise sky still with loitering drones, not mimicking the average constellation of stars with tiny red lights, but, now they are increasing their elevation to conceal their presence. As I sat there, out of gas, each aggressive car would try and side swipe me and park in front of me. Pointing at my car, and communicating with a weirdo with red hair and a silly Gillians island hat on.
The intensity of the harassment is un measurable, as the target considers throwing himself into the back seat of a squad car, or, barricading inside of an apartment complex until sunrise. If the cell phone hadn't been disabled at Starbucks, he might phone a friend, or all of them. I mean, if he has to go back to the car, the fear of an attacker jumping out of the parked cars, at anytime. Undetectable as if military trained.(see email from Santa Monica Police)
Within the limited borders of a crime scene perimeter, that dynamically expand, and retract, to accommodate the unhindered movement of the target they are stalking, is a limitless, and lawless society, like a PURGE, making American great again, and Hunger games without land mines, or death race 2000, without costumes. For as long as the PULICE keep out the spectaters, or witnesses, the game, the operation, exists. Unless, the target can lose them. At the highest level of private prosecution bureau, an infiltration was approved to conduct an illegal Investigation, informants, and every level of technical surveillance, including microwave, voice to skull, and even a clone Chihuahua, with an RF chip inserted under the skin of his back, were used by secret police proactively to investigate. In reality, an abuse of power and the Color of Law, is creating a battlefield in my neighborhood streets.
The barricade is a capable tactic, no police or SWAT will respond. The next day I wrapped myself in a black curtain, then went to sleep in the backseat of my car, after blacking out the windows with my blackout shades from Daisu. I left my cellphones at the coffee shop, when I over heard the conversation from a very manly man, dressed like a civilian, said across the shop to his partner, "Hey! Listen to this idiot. He investigated the death of his Marine buddy, and peeled back the layers of our I investigation on him...." then he shut the f&ck up for as long as it took to read my 21 page summary report from WORD, as a brief.
I came back for the phones I had hidden there and they were gone. A thousand dollars in iPhones gone, and I'll. ever see that back. Just happy to be alive, I have never shed a tear at the loss, but, I chuckle everytime I imagine the squad of weirdos watching a 132GB's of edited JOHN DRIVER LUBRX footage on my iPhone 6 plus. The water cooler comedy show starring me, as the butt of the joke, and the guy that is completely appalling, and clearly not as an amazing I individual as these criminals. The PULICE are in fear of involvement with these guys, and when I finally did accomplish to get cuffed and put in the car, when the compute display showed a yellow button, they both popped out, and told me, as they uncuffed me, " Sorry, Lober. But, you are gonna go that way, and, we are gonna go this way. Understand?" -empathetically. To my surprise and astonishment, it was confirming something I didn't want confirmed.
"No fuc&ing way! I'm gonna follow you around all night if I have to. I have an open container. See. What? Is it BLACKWATER?" in complete amazement, and beginning to feel like I am above the law. My imagination began to take up part of my head for a minute.

That was 9-11-2017 @ 12am in downtown Los Angeles, California in the ghetto. I was stalked from Corona, California, through three counties, to Venice, California. Several other times since, during daylight hours, as I was on foot in Orange County, and in Menifee, California. The use of street punk actors was curtailed on me, when I shattered the skull of the guy that asked me where he could get his di*k sucked standing outside the local motel. A message from ZABEL, when I was trying to press her buttons, and, said she sucks di*k for blankets. I dont know, it just came out. I'm sure a lot of people are not amused at most of my jokes. I'm not funny. And, I'm also sure that after publishing my book BLOOD, BOOZE AND THE UFC, that I have some full-time haters in line to take a swing at my nose. Now, the level of capable individual, has been upgraded to men with German Shepard's that resemble werewolves, a dude with a bat, leather jacket, and matching leather gloves, cruising the sidewalk outside my friend arks house, neighborhood watch has developed a lot, and dudes that throw large balls of ice at my vehicle after I tell them, "Youve been made. Clock out." The individuals of aggression, the improvised and weaponized citizen actors, are really u.s.navy special warfare, information specialists, and, seal team operators. They are boxy builds, torso is square with a little fat. Greasy hair, medium length, and most are very clean shaven. To the point they look 14 years old, and might not posses pubes. But, when I impose a vocabulary of vulgcrassity, or, expose a lie in a CVS, the switch they flip ON, is very definitely, a state of a man that has chopped up a group of dead arabs, and stuffed them into a truck of an Impala, while giggling. I have seen into these eyes. They play dumb. Just continuing to pretend to not acknowledge you, they re organize the words of your idea that you just expressed, then re tell it back to you. Never giving up any hope that you are correct. Or, possessing any original ideas at all. These killers are just dumb enough to take orders from an old timer commander, and never question the moral terpitude of their character, because what job could that guy ever hold in our society. Also, the command is holding something over their head, a blackmail. Homosexuality is a noticeable energy I detect, often inserted into the street theaters with the drugs, and cool cars. Hispanic culture is dominatetating the armed forces in our present day. Affirmative action of the 90's was the same at Santa Ana Fire department. 90% of the characters involved in stalking me are Mexican males with beards and skin tight shirts. Avoiding danger and possible death create an elevated state of alertness, even the PULICE are in fear of this activity. If the POLICE can't help me, then I gotta help myself.
The SPECIAL WARFARE OPS insert into the activity, using visual camouflaging tactics, extremely undetectable, and, moving swiftly to the objective. F3EA is SOP of high value targets. At the Infiltration, the mercs remove themselves from the designated area, leaving without a trace. It might mean, just turning a corner of a building into a shadow. A human rights violation that is un winnable by any civilian.
Human trafficking, torture, electronic harassment, infiltrations, domestic spying, psy ops, mk-ultra date scam prostitutes, invasion of privacy, weaponized civilians, social entrapment, improvised intelligence, kidnapping, home Invasion, burglary, gaslighting, poisoning, and sophisticated criminal syndicate specializing in VETERANS benefits exploitation frauds, and a real estate empire of SPY HOUSES, and TARGET HOUSES, among the POLICIES AND CONCEPTS from the NEVADA RESEARCH POLICY INSTITUTE (think tank).
A think tank is a way to innovate avenues of profit, and ways of executing a procedure to implement a policy. Lawyers are on staff to file motions, and litigate with the judiciary, of course. If a piece of property, or a street, a neighborhood for instance, is discovered by the research of the institute, projected to explode from pennies to millions in a three year, to five year statistical analysis, with new development in the area, and, all that this new development brings, why wouldn't an investor keep that information close to his chest, as he take steps to manipulate the current property owners and residents to sell, or, just be removed by use of social, and civil entrapment, which is free. Commit the fraud, and the criminality to obtain these houses, and wait for the investment and the effort to blossom. Producing a large financial profit.
Back to the game, FREELANCERS, and also, moonlighting security guards, mercenaries, and, retired cops, roam the streets of the community, in a systematic grid pattern, in oversized lifted pick up trucks, and CHARGER S/T's, and such. Every five minutes, or less, the target can expect to see, or be seen, as one passes by, as the prowl searches for the missing target. They were pissed when they found my phones under the seats at the coffee shop. I heard GARCIA, as I hid in my car, say, "Well. Where is he?" Later, I discovered this is a tactic they employ, only I believe they fold the back seats down, and crawl I to the trunk. I watched Hamel do this one time in my rental car. His dad is a Blackwater Arson investigator.
After a few survived GAMING cycles, a seasoned target can perform counter surveillance. I mean, if he is skilled enough. Luck, and timing are essential to not looking like a madman. I tie my shoes while in the port a potty, before sprinting out the door to spri g on the SUPERVISOR parked at the spot. Holy crap! It is GARCIA'S truck with all lights off.
Identifying who the freelancers are, and inserting a new associate without their consent, creates a new DATE SCAM. If it is the belief that something holds meaning to the target, it is twisted, taken, and turned against him by the use of moral terpitude. The new targets are spied on, HACKED, lied to, drugged, raped, and, manipulated to not believe what has been seen, and, told to them by the TARGET. Non compliance is delt with by total obliteration, mental health evaluations, child services actions, municipal code violations, suicide, staged car accidents(squat and smash), hospitalization, and disabilities, incarceration by kangaroo courts, and dirty cops, and, sometimes, even murder. Enhanced by extra-judicial punishment(and if you've never experienced it, it's just like the movies. Pure fu$kery), State sponsored, There is no waste of, or abuse of Law Enforcement resources, considered a reasonable expense to call 911 over 60 times, because I am in my residence, within 100 yards of his front door, in violation of a restraining order, he lied to obtain, creating deathsquads in secrecy by use of aliases, not hoods, and, weaponized with court documents, restraining orders, arrest warrants, and, criminally imaginative, sophisticated schemes, to destroy any individual, not in possession of the necessary bank funding to fight the illegal investigation, and, violation of human rights.
Many times, with advanced weaponized chemical delivery systems, installed in vehicle grills, and, ladies handbags, POISONING takes place at the start of the ROUGH SURVEILLANCE. An act of attempted murder, in secret, the target doesn't know he has been poisoned, and, the effects are poor decisions, and loss of motor skills. Depending on the type of substances used the side effects vary.
I felt that an incredibly slick individual was trespassing on the perimeter of my residence, in 2016, without any trace of a break in. No smudges, or signs of the windows being lifted off the tracks, but, a single item, not a very important one at that, like a hammer, would go missing. Or, the lid to my trashcan was shattered, with cigarette butts in the bottom of the can. I have never smoked a single cig. I researched the tactics I was experiencing, and discovered a concept referred to as GANGSTALKING.
A favorite tactic in the industry of disruption is the use of LSD on the toothpaste of the target. If able to organize an explanation to an elementary level, a realization is made that, no one gives a spit about your struggle, and divorce themselves from that guy in every social way possible.
